I've come to the conclusion that this type of setup just isn't effective, unless you use Ethanol (expensive) or Straight Methanol (Dangerous). I have since switched to running E98 in my injection container, and both thunderjets are now plumbed to the container. It seems to work ok, but you can't tune the bike nearly as aggressively as you can on straight E85. On Straight E85, you can run way, way more boost as the cooling effect is so large when it's the main source of fuel that the compressor housing is literally cold. As someone trying to make a water/methanol injection system for a small engine right now this video comes with perfect timing. I was thinking I had to do all kinds of crazy things for proper atomization and the like but if it can be done completely mechanically then that really opens things up. I'd love to talk about what I've come up with so far it in more detail to see if I'm on the right track

Call Snow performance and get some instruction from them. Meth injection on bikes has been done many decades ago. Dont care for straight methanol, too volatile a fuel. and corrosive to boot 50/50 water and windshield washer fluid works great Id try that route.

If the container isn’t boost referenced, or plumbed to a boost referenced fuel pump, surely it’ll just build pressure under boost instead of delivering the water/meth?

Sorry, am I missing something here? Isn't that whole turbo/ exhaust set up the wrong way round? Surely the filter would be better sucking the cold air from the front of the bike and spitting the exhaust gas out the back? As otherwide, those two functions are fighting against their natural path? Turbo sucking warm air from behind your leg - Exhaust pushing gasses into the oncoming wind force, seems like a mess up of physics ? I'm sure someone will write a 2 million word rant on how wrong I am etc etc....

I think I had it around 10psi. This type of water injection was a flop, it's not effective if the water isn't pressurized and directly in front of the ports.
