I was doing almost everything right except the tee height. I saw this video and went straight to the driving range to try the correct tee height and to my surprise and delight I was able to hit a draw. By making this small change I can hit a draw and fade I still need to work on consistency with those shots but what a difference. This tip was perfect for me. THANK YOU!

I find it interesting that to hit draw you need an open face. My ball flight is a pull-hook. You mention that the pull hook can be from a closed clubface. I know my clubface is closed at impact, I take lessons at Golftec and have seen the closed clubface on the lesson videos. I can't help but wonder if my pull-hook is caused as you said in the video. I'm definitely having this conversation with my PGA pro. I love you guys, please keep up the outstanding content.

You mentioned one thing that really stood out, the "Body is Right of Target", Where is your Clubface aligned so you don't swing across your Body is Right of Target, your Draws are Awesome! Why I ask, if I align my Body to the right as well my ball flight is down the middle or drawback, but my buddies tell me my setup is wrong and I will hurt my back, is this true?

Great as always. Can you do one with fade as well? I've been struggling getting back to a fade with my driver. I'm now doing a draw, small hook sometimes, but I felt I had better control with a fade and the bad shots weren't as bad as with a draw.

Watched the video about not slicing the other day. I've always been a slicer, went out and put in to practise what I watched, stopped slicing but the ball is now going straight but a long way right 😐 I need to rethink where I am aiming or start trying to draw it now.

I normally hit a draw, but I have been experimenting with hitting a fade. I imagine the ball needs to be slightly lower on the tee peg and slightly further back in the stance. Is this correct???

Chris and James, so my "natural" shot with the Driver is the big high draw...never been a slicer of the ball. However, I really would love to know the technique to hit the fade with the driver. I have never been any good or consistent hitting the fade with a driver....usually I double cross myself. Thanks guys!

If you pull it when trying to hit the fade, then you’ve obviously already figured out the “path” part of it. Learn to hold the face off, and you’ve got it. It’s all about wrist conditions my friend.

My experience is that folk who slice ie me et al -have all taken remedial action- which incorporates all the advise on KZbin - result ball goes straighter maybe a slight fade - NONE I know can hit draws ! Now to be clear here none I know have taken lessons either - but they and me are reasonably happy hitting our shots straight ! Draws seem to be a Holy Grail not accessible to all !

if you move the ball TOO far forward you will hit it low-left, moving it back will make it go high and to the right. try it

Honestly I don't think I could ever hit a Draw. I am left handed playing with Right Handed Clubs. Been playing Golf for at least 40 Years. Had my first lesson 3 months ago and it was so odd I was only able to utilize about 30% of what the Pro told me to do.. Still have 2 lesson to schedule and one is to try to hit a draw..
