I know nothing about PB, but do know your commentary is crisp, clear, and void of filler words, and, you've excellent command of your voice. Well done. Wait, I actually do know something about PB after watching your video.

Great video! I’ve seen lots of videos on top spin SNL’s, but your was particularly well broken down and explained. The research really paid off, and I can’t wait to try out your tips!

I’m working on this shot. The main problem I have is “over hitting.” The ball goes much deeper than I anticipated. Will have to keep working on it, but open to any tips you learned.

Great instruction - full of useful tips and many different aspects of the shot to focus on = you broke this down exceedingly well. I particularly like the idea of body orientation when hitting the shot - which, as you point out clearly, is anticipating where the ball will bounce and where and how you will need to be positioned before that can happen. Not only getting there, but being in a stable stance at the point that you hit the ball. I hope you don't mind if I point out that the ball accelerates after it reaches it's apex. At the apex, it is not rising or falling. Before it reaches the apex, it is decelerating on the way up from the bounce. Thanks for all the tips.

what shots do you hit not at the apex?

Great video, thanks! I have been on my own topspin journey as well. One observation that may be in error is that I don't necessarily hit straight low to high, but I guide my upward swing to the side a bit. This seems to promote a more vertical brushing up motion. Maybe I am just different. Your thoughts?

I don’t think we contact the ball at the apex but when it’s coming at the downward motion

I don't know why forehand dinks are so prevalent. Backhand dinks are more consistent for many people. I bet 85% of your forehand dinks could be turned into backhand dinks (even those on the forehand side) simply by turning your hand over and using the other side of the paddle. Backhand dinks more naturally lock out the wrist and elbow, which raises the consistency.

I found it Great when I first saw this and thought "Oh, wow! Now instead of just sitting and doing nothing except waiting for their next meal or for their family to come visit, Seniors have something to do! Yay!" But NO.
