I had a run with noel on stage 4 hard and all the necessary equips(breastplate, milk, bandage), damage/exp stuff (researcher’s coat, membership) and the meal and she just…couldn’t die. Reached 470ish hp near the end and the feather didn’t even proc once Probably the most braindead easy character to build and ball

I'm pretty certain Noel's burn aura size increases with HP or something since I took her out for fun and experiment back then, and the aura ended up covering entirety of s2 vertically

Noel video without damage numbers. The best weapons for noel are disabling all weapon slots via shop upgrade and taking hp on levelups. Coincidentally, ppp also boosts mw damage proportional to hp. Halu, plushie, horns, beetle/paw, tiara was the build I used for s4h.
