You can make your own gaskets with some gasket material they sell it at Autozone or any other place like that

We still have them. I cut the cable cuz the throttle was hanging but I figured out the problem. Got another cable otw.

you mean the thumb saver throttle extender ? look it up on Amazon. They are cheap and great.

Is it possible to install this if it’s already stuck in 4wd? Can I manually turn something on the differential to get it into 2wd once I remove the old electronic actuator?

Yes you can. 2wd is straight up and down 12 o clock position i think. Turn it far left as it will go. Has 3 spots for 2wd,4wd,diff lock

Ajax will that kit fit on 2016 honda forman? I did pull apart my acuator but it looks totally different than yours. I have 2 steel wheels with teeth on it inside acuator. I have 2016 honda foreman and it 4wd doesnt work when i push button in middle of deep water. I have to turn off the atv and then turn it on to engage and also I cant tell if it does work. Please help me out bro what should i do. get this kit or change the accuator.Thanks in advance.

Yes it will fit on your 16 foreman. I would def recommend getting one of these if your electrical is messed up. Hit me up on IG I am a dealer now for Knight. I'll get ya hooked up with one

I just got mine stalled but my actuator sweep stops at diff lock. Do you have to be moving to engage in diff lock?

yes, i watched Hondabros install video and he said in order to activate diff lock you need to be in motion

You can do it without motion but you might have to move forward and then retry

@@nickfogle4715 the fit on the splines from the diff spline to the actuator spline is really tight. If you tap it till it seats in the diff, it should fix that issue
