Hi Jamie I find Your Videos very helpful as I have a VW t2 with engine misfire problems and I still haven't sorted it Yet . The Beetle Videos are Great and I absolutely Love the Oval Beetle . I am very interested in how you Proceed with Them . I also Love the Tr6 but all Your Videos that I have have watched so Far have Great Content Thanks For Sharing and Best Regards Chris

Have you measured the cylinder bore for roundness? Since it is a unknown engine to you I would do that to be sure that it is within spec tolerance to the piston. Don't want to see you putting it all together if it is out of spec and would need bored out and new pistons installed.

Thank you so much for your comment. I deleted my next video that I had just posted as I had forgotten to mention that! The friend I got the engine from had measured the pistons and cylinders before giving the engine to me and everything was within tolerance. Jamie
