How to Hook up 2 Bluetti Solar Panels

We show you how to daisy chain two solar panels to our Bluetti after we get it figured out! Not quite as simple as we assumed, but still very easy once you know what you're doing!

We finally had to use our Bluetti after owning it for a while. We just had a major storm go through the Northeast. I usually fire up the gas generators but if figure lets use the Bluetti. Amazing product.

@@backtoalaska6755 I ended up calling customer service with another question and it wasn't very productive, finally emailed and got a better answer. I am adding two more panels and with a Y connector running them in parallel instead of in a series due to the voltage limitation.......should be interesting

Nice solar panels but I still don't see clearly how you set up the wires. In the last video they put the same colors red to red and black to black but you changed it black to red and red to Black so I'm confused.

How long did it end up taking to charge up your power station with the 2 panels?

It takes a really long time and we've yet to try to charge it completely by solar. So little sun this last summer! One day we had a good run of it up at the lake and managed to keep the panels pretty much in full sun all day and got about 1/4 charged. But honestly it also takes a long time with the generator and even just plugging it in. This is a big unit though so it's not bad; 1/4 charge is still a couple of days of use for what we needed.

Yes great product....zero support.... customer service is sub par as well....they encouraging you to chat.... really no interest in customer after the purchase and flood your inbox with new promotions to purchase more .products.. superior priducts and encouraging chat with ai I suppose and take 4days to respond poor customer support weak handbook....a few pages mostly in chinese...and basically your on you own apart from people like you...thx....still couldn't figure out how to utiliza multiple solar panals...they will sell them with no support in how to use....ugh

@@backtoalaska6755 had a hurricane and lost power thanks to your comprehensive video when we could access internet...we were able to hook up to multiple panels...which boosted our power up to a 110 outlet...thanks...5 days no electricity......we have our rhythm together now. Enjoy your day

Dont buy the Bluetti solar panels as they are not water proof! I brought the EcoFlow solar panels which are ip68 waterproof rated.

​@backtoalaska6755 well Bluetti says they are splash proof but also says in the manual to not leave them in the rain. Some people say they are water resistant to ip65 but bluetti does not state this. If bluetti says not to leave them in the rain, my guess is they will fail. EcoFlow is ip68 rated to be fully submerged in water, safer to get them.
