How to hook up additional speakers in your car

I took old surround sound speakers from my house and installed them in my car!!! i spliced and worked great!

Quick Note: It Does Matter How You Connect Them Speaker Wires, Positive With Positive & Negative With Negative, If You Peep The Speaker Will Bounce Out Instead Of Sucking In Which Produces Better Sound...But Good Video Tho...Funny Too

You should have hooked em from the deck and hooked one up to each speaker so your robbing the same ammount of power on either side

Good general Idea, I like it. will be doing that with the rear ones but with the front I will just take it from the actual supply. ( or my 4 channel amp)

If all you did was splice it....... It will work but the speakers will not be getting the right amount of power So it defeats the whole purpose of even doing it.

I did what you did but instead of hooking up the positive and negative wire inside the little holes I connected them to the little silver wires that just chill there like the coaxial speakers you got . Mine are like those you have but I have 5 by 7 bass inferno speakers. I did not put electrical tape because I did not want to mess up the little silver wires . You should know what I mean because those silver wires are delicate . The silver wires I am talking about are the ones that just hang there on your speakers. The guy at auto zone told me it will work like that . I hope I did it somewhat right . If not it would be no problem to fix again . But I connected my new additional tweeters to the passenger Speaker. Tell me what you think ... The mounted tweeters sound great by the way .

If you use a flimsy metal coat hanger to feed the wire through the rubber door gasket you wouldn't have to drill holes, that's what I did with my car, was actually pree easy, but yeah cool little video

I know for a fact that you can do a 4 6/5 in front of the car and 4 6/9 in the back with a 1200 12" sub hooked up to the car radio I have never had any​ purlums with radio or sound it is loud and has a lot of havy bass and highs and mids sounds awesome and it pisses every one off because there only one person that knows how to do this with out bruning up the radio or blowing the speakers it does work - to + + to - is the only save way to do this

Jose Garcia size does not matter, just make sure it can put out enough power for the speakers. 400-700w should be plenty
