There are some soft usage limits, but it should be fine in 99% of cases - static sites are generally pretty small. docs.github.com/en/pages/getting-started-with-github-pages/about-github-pages#usage-limits You wouldn't be able to do things like host large file sharing sites or video hosting for example with the 100GB bandwidth limit.

I do not need the algo to talk to any db or anytihng, its all inside the algo so basically I do not need any additional server. Just everything on JS Let me know.

Interesting can this be used for a github pages custom domain with a static Vue App? I tried it and although I setup a custom domain for my static vue app on github pages it displays a blank page in the browser. When viewing my custom domain in the browser I get this error in the console: Uncaught TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier "vue". Relative references must start with either "/", "./", or "../". Going back to setting up a 301 from my domain to my github pages URL for now :(

I had the same issue. I fixed it by: Adding the web site files individually (not by dragging the folder in) and make sure one of your files is index.html. That should work, I had a fairly complex 3D tool with lots a script files and it worked fine after I did those couple of things.
