How To: Hotchkis 1967-1969 Camaro TVS Suspension Install

The Hotchkis TVS is a all inclusive kit that has been designed and tested as a system. No need to mix and match components. The TVS system includes Sport Coils, Sport Sway Bars, Heavy Duty Tie Rod Sleeves ,and Sport Leaf Springs. Part #´s Included 1607, 1907F, 2207C, 2407C.
Applications: 1967-1969 Camaro Small Block, 1967-1969 Camaro Big Block with Alum Heads, and Alum Manifold. Pontiac 400 Motors
Note: This kit lowers the vehicle an avg of 2" (F) and 1.5" (R) from orig factory ride height.

I did all hotchkis springs with front sway bar only, stock control arms with energy suspn bushings, drives handles great. Next time i would replace the upper controls though, makes alignment better and easier!

Is it necessary to use the aftermarket control arms or will the factory ones work?

How noticeable is it that the car is lowered? I've heard really great things about this company, but 2 inches seems like it would make the car look fairly different.

Worthless video, you don't show anything about how to install springs etc. all this nonsense is just showing your product not "how to" as the title implies. Having said that I would love to have Hotchkis suspension on my 1969 Camaro.

camarogs1 most important is the order of installation, so for people that actually know hiw to wrench, this is fine. comes with instructions. figure it out dummy.

LOL probably out mechanic you any day of the week. Have a pretty good idea how it's done after restoring 5 1st gen Camaros, building 3 airplanes and 2 HD motorcycles. My point was the title is misleading and I did say I would love to put that kit on my current 1969 Corvette powered fuel injected Camaro.

I just installed the tvs stage 2 on the front. The directions leave alot up to interpretation. The upper A arms attachment bar can be spun a full 360. One side is notched out while the other side is flat. The instructions say nothing about this. Good luck getting Hotchkiss on the phone.
