The brainshot with the 9.3 was how I got my trophy grizzly. I came over a ridge while spending the better part of an hour looking for a grizzly and nearly ran into the butt of the thing! I thought it was a rock at first but I got my binocs out, saw the fur, pulled out the predator caller as I dropped prone, gave a call to turn it around and shot it right in the braincase as it came towards me.

I got my black bear by pinning it straight to the heart (not lung and heart, just hear!!)

im struggling to come in to shotgun range to rabbits. i have just try pawnee meadows with the snowshoe and I havent gotn one yet. it would be very helpfull with a guide otherwise love your vids and escecially cotw missions

TJB Menick I would recommend the pointer follow it till you can find one. If that doesn’t work try to find a route that they take and wait for them.

Those damn rabbits kicked my ass too, they spook really easy without making any type of warning sounds. Even worse is when you finally manage to crawl close to one and it turns out to be a female and you can't shoot it! Anyway, I finally got mine through stalking WITHOUT a dog, restarting the map a few times if I spook, and trying to figure out whereabout they spawn, keeping a low profile when I get them close. Definitly the hardest animals in the game.

I just use the crossbow. It's a bit difficult, but efficient if you miss your shot. Got a range of about 50 meters effective

You don’t have to go back to the tent. You can just bring up the map and press on the tent or cabin and can fast travel from there

not sure if it was a quality of life improvement, but you can fast travel to the cabin or tent from anywhere at anytime.

Can you actually hunt Bears in the base game or does that require The Bear Hunter Edition? And is this the base game by itself that you are showing here in this video? I assume so but I want to hunt bears specifically in the game so I need to know if that requires me to buy the Bear Hunter Edition or is that just optional for a few extra perks?

Hi Unfortunately we are in August 2020 and the game is already sale for 59.99 € in Europe I think he's really expensive, I mean call of the wild is better and available on Xbox game pass so, 30 € on steam I buy but 59,99 € on console no sorry.... The product don't deserve this price 🤷‍♂️
