One other thing I would recommend is to start early and wash your face with a face wash in the morning and at night and apply moisturizer after that. Your face will thank you 10 years later when you get older.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I don't think people realize how much cleaning your sheets once a week will help clear up your skin. You (should) spend a 1/3 of your day sleeping, and you're rubbing your body oils and sweat all over the sheets. If you suffer from face acne or body acne, this is a must do for sure. Plus, if you're single and want to mingle, how can you expect someone to want to jump in bed with you if you have crusty, rusty sheets. The same goes for your towels.

I actually find it amazing how many guys go about not caring about what way they present themselves to everyone when they leave their house and go about in public. I'm a bit distressed, my dudes. Been watching some of your vids and catching up, and it seems to have affected me. I awoke from a dream this morning, where Brandon was riding on my back, as if I was some mighty steed, bounding down a rocky, gorse and thistle covered hilltop. Brandon reached forward and pulled my hair and I reared back, releasing a howl like a world conquering dire wolf. Hudson was to our right, riding that giant beast, Falkor, from the Neverending Story. I'm a bit rattled from the whole experience. Need an exorcism now, I think. Also, I feel it necessary to add, I'm as straight as an arrow, which makes the whole thing that much more troubling.

well, you should not really wash it every time... unless it stinks really bad, you can go for 2 or 3 wears with it, if you have at least 4 workout days i'd recommend just have 2 gym shirts... it's better for everybody else around you. Just don't use the same shirt the whole week and you'll be fine
