Loved the video as always. Been guilty of the interview guy. I have to say, if you don't abuse the "pointless flattery dude" and it comes naturally then it's not bad. Though I guess that would take the "pointless" out of the equation. I don't usually compliment but if it really feels right I will compliment her and give a unique compliment. An example I love is how Russel Brand does compliments. That sounds like Hudson in the video but obviously it comes naturally to him and he doesn't do it all the time so it works for him.

I see they subscribed to the Tommy Wiseau school of saying "NAAAAAAAAAT." The touchy feely people make me cringe especially when greeting me and my boyfriend. For some reason, they think it is ok to handshake my boyfriend but to hug me. I get some men aren't comfortable with hugging other men because society told you not to or something, but what makes you think I want to hug you? This bugs me the most when we barely know these people. It can also make my boyfriend insecure in the sense that because they don't hug him, they don't like him too much and it's their way of keeping him at a distance (Which I can tell you it isn't.) You either handshake us both or you hug us both.

Hello Buff Dudes, have you already made a video about muscle growth for women? Are there specific points for upper body strength that women should take care of? Or is it exactly the same as men, but just slower ?
@jwubwub7 жыл бұрын
Same as men but typically with a slower rate of adaption, women are typically able to handle more volume but less absolute weight. Therefore women generally take a more pronounced training stimulus to enact the same degree of adaption but are concurrently able to recover from training more quickly than many male counterparts. So for hypertrophy many of the same rules apply for women as for men, there may just be a slight disparity between the ability to utilise volume versus intensity between women and men respectively.
@joshjohnston73887 жыл бұрын
So what jay said was that yeah, basically the same, but women can and will have to work out (relatively) harder more often to get as jacked as fast as a man can, if getting jacked is her goal. But that's good because women CAN work out harder (relatively) and more often than a man can. He's right. And if you want to be lean and not jacked, just do the buff dude workouts and eat a little less.
