Good day, i sent an application from a company in canada thru email then after 5 months they sent me an email that they chose me for a job i applied, they sent me employment interview form,, after few days they sent a LMIA form and a form for application for temporary residency.. after sending those together with my international passport copy, they directed us to vfs for biometric procedures, for now i not yet undergo with it instead i just filled out it and not paying yet for biometrics.. i just want to ask if it is legit.??

Sir, Watching from Nepal want to share something related to this matter. One guy from Chandigadh is telling me that his Lawyer will charge 10% of my first month salary which will be mentioned in my contract paper. And then rest will be deducted 10%/month according to contracted year after starting my job. Except that nothing to pay. ie:- if my first contract will be 1 year, he will take 10% of my salary until 12 month is complete. Thank You Aman, I was in a dilemma when I received an offer from a company where the LMIA was offered in a day and Approval of my VISA Application within hours following the LMIA, I was directed to a Diplomat in New Delhi. I was asked to pay 525 dollars first for fixing an appointment in the embassy to an unknown account stating that due to COVID situation I have to pay to his secretary and within 24 hours of my payment my VISA and work permit. Once my payment is received, they will fix an appointment with me, and send me my Gate Pass, Tag No, Time and Date that I will visit the Embassy for my visa interview and Bio-Metric which will take us 48 to 72 hours to get back to me with your Canada visa. Is this ever possible. That is when I saw your video and sent the documents to Cohen Immigration Law and requested them to authenticate the documents I received. Finally I was advised that it was a Fake Offer at the right time. The amount of mental torture I went through and the time I took to recover from this was terrific. If not I had seen your video I wouldn't have probed further. Thank you once again.

Hi bro, thanks for sharing these vital information. I am a Chef & I am going to apply for a Lmia through one of my friend who had been working as a Canadian immigration consultant since last 5 years. According to him, the overall process shall be of 6-8 months & total cost will be 10,000 CAD. Initially I hv to invest 2000 CAD for Lmia application, After 3-4 months will receive the lmia. Then again hv to pay 1500 for next step. The balance amount will be deducted by the employer from my salary in installments. Does it sound good or u sense something fishy. Please reply🙏🙏

Iccrc does not allow the salary deduction methods. So I will be cautious in this situation.
