Heavy crank weight is 12kg Millage is 30,35 It will run 15to20km speed in top speed without any problem. Light crank weight is 9kg Millage is 40-45 But can not go in 15-20km in top gear.and the thump is not so loud in light crank.its the basic difference Royal bullet and Enfield India

G2 is not so known for its pulling and mileage... its a slow streamer.. B series bullets are a bit better... as it goes over the years the pickup increses with higher vibrations as seen in post b series ones

I have planned exactly that in my next.The major difference between the later G2 bullets ie from 62-68 and early B series from 69-71/72 is in the bearings.G2 is supposed to have brass bearings.Apart from that nothing is different.Similar crank and similar performance.

This is something even I am so curious to learn.From 60 to 71/72 it is approx 9.3 kg which we call as G2 crank.Then company began reducing the crankweight and those category of bikes knock when we ride in 4th gear at low speeds.It progressed from medium to light over the years. I am not exactly sure about the years but 83 has medium crank for sure.Thats about 8.5 i guess.The Euro one bikes have about 10.3 to 10.5 kg crank weight and they are the heaviest.These bikes range from 2005 to 2010. Some say its till 2008 only. The best way to check is to try to ride in 4th gear without clutch and see how slow she goes My 71 can cruise at 20 in third gear without any knocking.But it knocks in 4th gear but once in the groove it can ride smoothly in 20km at 4th

Yes bro...Generally speaking that category from 2005 to 10 is heavy crank but there are some exceptions observed too..apart from that the quality of everything including machine parts is fantastic ..very refined engine

Nice vid bro👍. Btw can it be possible to reduce the tappet noice completely forever. Each time I do, it works only for a short period of time. Thus, there needs frequent service to maintain this. Is there any solution for this? I've been using a 98 model CI bullet for the last 9 yrs.

I use my 71 daily... rides just like any new machine..If you prefer heavy crank which enables low speed running at 4th without knocking go for 2005-10 Euro norms compliant category.. 72 to 2005 are medium to lower cranks

Bro machismo and electra are different models... both avl engines...not the old cast iron engine like stantard bullet.in those there is no point system which defines the old bull.. Machismo is like normal bike ...doesnt have any similarity to bullet thats the reason it wasnt a success... Electra is a bit better..some people increase the crank weight and are of the opinion that its smooth...

Dont really suggest buying a classic no matter what the model is..Mainly because it vibrates like anything and looks kinda odd in my eyes..crank Weight is low too..if you wana buy a uce go for standard...the reason why people prefer older ones is because the build quality started reducing with time..hence 2010-14 are better than later ones

Upto 62 most of the parts are British made.Afterwards Enfield India became self sufficient for most part.that 58-62 category has so many specialities.Similar year models have SR magneto and short delco the difference being the months of production.Then in 1960 they re introduced magneto again in the category which is called M series.I will make a detailed video of this soon

Well there are so many to choose from..all vintage collectors go for U frame with original old registeration from their respective state.If its convenient you can go for a magdyno model which comes before 58 or an SR magneto model which is rare by itself.But to manage these wont be too easy as you must be knowing. The M series which came in 1960 is also very rare.

Tappet adjustment is like the basic solution to this but a noisy tappet could be a result of any damage in the entire system starting from the cam shaft to the valve
