I had the same issue and had to upload them one at a time. I even thought I could trick the system by creating a Motion Graphics Templates folder inside Common, but it didn't work.

This is worked for me with Premiere 2018... The needed folder in the user folder is hidden. Someone below mentioned a similar fix. -Open Terminal found in Finder > Applications > Utilities. -In Terminal, paste the following: defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES. -Press return. -Hold the 'Option/alt' key, then right click on the Finder icon in the dock and click Relaunch.

I downloaded a title template from envato elements and it only shows Text properties and the ability to change texts in the essential graphics panel. It seems that I can't see the layers to do anything else other than edit the texts, text fonts and colour. If anything can help me I'll be super grateful! if you click on 3 lines next to Essential Graphics you will find 'Manage Additional Folders' there you can link your folder directly without copying them to OS partition also it helps keep organize as you will find that in the dropdown list next to local.

Great pack no doubt but is there no way to preview these without putting them directly in the timeline one by one and waiting to have them all render for you? I have a brand new upgraded mac and it took lik2 ten minutes to load 30 or so of them because I need to see what the bloody things look like before I drop them in all willy nilly?? I have a mogrt file from Videohive, but the text box of one the lines from the lower thirds is too narrow for the length of my text. Isn't there a way to make the TEXT line auto-resize? The final MOGRT keeps cutting off the ends of the text. It should resize or give a chance to adjust the width. The text field itself can't be resized, nor is it auto-resizing. Any help, is appreciate it. thx.

IN the newer 2019 versions, you can create your own mogrt directories in addition to the local ones. On the essential graphics tab, there is an option to add additional search folders. Then when you will get the choices of each directory to display. This makes organization easier and making a copy of the entire directory for another computer.

Thank you for taking the time to make this tutorial but I have a love/hate relationship with online tutorials. They're great when they work. For starters I cant find the folder path with the motion graphic templates (using a PC), I tried to search the hard drive but there are tons of folders named AppData. Secondly my adobe stock button is greyed out and I cant figure out why, a quick google search did not get me any direct answer. Thirdly I cant hover over my existing templates, call me lazy but I dont like having to drag, drop, & render ONLY TO SEE what something looks like then do that 10 more times until I see what I like. This type of stuff happens all the time and It gets so frustrating. I'm a PC/Android guy but I am very close to getting a mac only for final cut pro x because every time I need help with something I spend an excessive amount of time watching tutorials which delays delivery of paid work. I used final cut for the first time in years the other day and the learning curve was tremendously low, my one grip is premiere gives you more flexibility to do what you want, how you want it. It's taking me 2 hours to edit a short 15 second workout clip for Instagram.

Hi Billy - Make sure to check that you don't have some folders turned to "hidden" I know a few other PC users couldn't find the folder either and make sure to un-hide some folders and you should find it. I'm not sure why your adobe stock button is greyed out. The Essential Graphics Panel has a lot of work ahead of it, but it's heading in the right direction - I hope soon they will enable animation previews for Envato .mogrts - right now you can only see previews of adobe stock mogrts by clicking on the "i" for info and then hovering over the template to preview it. 2 hours to edit a short 15 second clip could be narrowed down to about an hour, but to make high quality edits, sometimes it takes some time. Wondering if these uploaded mogrts can be edited just as easily as the default templates given by Adobe. It seems that the default ones can be moved around on the frame using the select tool, but the ones added have to be moved by changing the X and Y axis coordinates from the "Effect Controls" Tab. Seems kinda frustrating

Please Help! i downloaded a pack of title Morgts. from Videohive and have followed all of the steps to get them into my essential graphics folder. They show up in the window but i am unable to drag the onto my timeline. I notice that compared to some of the preloaded graphics, there is no little "T" in the lower right hand corner. This happened to me. I had to update to the latest version of Premiere to get it to work. Initially it said it had a duration of 0 (clicking the info button) and couldn't be dragged into the timeline, but when I updated Premiere this duration changed to the length of the MOGRT. Hope this helps.
