Steve, you must me referring to the United States version. Invoices can only be imported into QuickBooks Online when you have a QuickBooks Online Advanced Subscription. The video you are watching shows the international version, which is under our QuickBooks International KZbin Channel, and it allows users to import invoices in a version lower than the Advanced. The reason is because there is no International Advanced version, it is only available in the United states. If you are in the United States, you will need the Advanced Subscription.
