I’ve made some significant improvements, especially in my shoulders my core and my Legs because of your videos.... I’ve also taken your advice on how to improve my throwing mechanics.... which has ultimately helped me add distance+Velocity as a passer! Thank you for these videos 👍

Kedon slovis breakdown? I know you like UCLA but I mean he did do pretty well last year. Also do a DJ Uiagelelei breakdown if you haven’t already.
