I want to share my experience about confidence part. As said by gurudev its true that we don't know ourselves. Totally agreed . We dont know Our abilities but our gurus know them very well. When i look back at my 1st happiness course my confidence level was so down that can't be explained but now there is a drastic change in it. Lot of positivity has been added to myself. More awareness, calmness, peacefulness is build up. I can feel so many energys around me. Sudarshan Kriya is very very powerful breathing technique. Thank you for providing us this knowledge gurudev.
