My grandmother is not educated but she knows all remedies and Tell me in my childhood.. She says always sleep Left side and take food on the floor, don't drink water after taking food and don't talk during eating etc. Love you my caring grandmother😍

Workout is the best medicine of digestion.. When I was doing workout at that time my digest system was fine. But for a few years I am keeping away from workout for some causes. One more suggestion: Avoid continuous eating. Start with juice raw breakfasts. Practise 16 hrs fast, enema and eat living and wholesome food.
