Paji, another great video...thank you. I would just like to add that maybe eating foods with high GI must be carefully monitored as they really spike your insulin, and high insulin levels inhibit muscle growth...people who are already insulin sensitive with sugar intake must be very careful. 🙏

Please review AMUL BUTTERMILK (CHAAS) as per nutrition value mentioned on packet of amul chass 500ml 1.9 gram protein in 100 ml In 10-12 rs it gives 9.5 grams protien Is it correct can you please check? Is it complete protein or not?
