How to Improve Lymphedema, Lose Weight and Feel Better More Often.

When I was diagnosed with lymphedema, I was told that weight contributed but losing weight would have NO affect. That was15 years ago. I recently had back surgery and 2 months of skilled nursing during which time the food was horrid and I lost my taster, probably for several reasons. So over the last 9 months or so I have losr 60 to 70 lbs. Guess what? No effect until recently! Wow, lymphedema substantially reduced & quite suddenly, as if I crossed a threshold. Lymphedema has been a constant source of embarrassment & discomfort. Just sayin' & need to lose 50lb more. Life changing. If only I would have been told and knew what the result.
