I’m 25 and have this syndrome probably because of my constant state of anxiety. Bought the plate yesterday and the effects is huge!

Years ago in grad school, I interned for a sleep doctor & had a full overnight sleep test. She diagnosed RLS & prescribed Requip, a dopamine agonist used for Parkinson's (she was paid by the pharma company that made the med). After 2 days I was ready to unal!ve myself. Stopped the med, had my ferritin levels checked, & was put on iron w/Vitamin C. Helped tremendously so whenever I've had that restlessness I know I need iron.

I just got the Lifepro Waver and I found the best for my restless leg syndrome is to lay on the floor and put calf's on the running part of the platform and my speed set is between 30-40. It quells the urge and tiredness for awhile

Hi Amber, I'm enjoying learning about all the things I can do on my new Rumblex Pro vibration plate. My husband has RLS. What program would you recommend for the restless less treatment on the Rumblex Pro? I believe it only has 3 preset programs.

On a Lifepro vibration plate, for a general workout, a higher frequency like 30-40 Hz is good to engage muscles and increase intensity. For conditions like Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), using a lower frequency around 5-10 Hz can help promote relaxation and circulation. You can stick to one speed, but adjusting it based on how you feel can be helpful. Consistency is important for both workouts and relief from RLS. 🧡

No I have several clients including my Mom who use it for a variety of goals and do great 8-12 weeks post op TKR. Stay on a low setting and progress from there as your body adjusts
