I'm going to do this for a month. I'll tell you guys how it goes. I'm really bad at dribbling so that gives you an idea. October 15. I will be back on November 15. Please comment so I won't forget. Trust me I will reply in a month.

I assure you that if you practice this dribbling routine every day, in a month you will see great progress. If it worked for me, you too.💯
@mynamewalter50825 жыл бұрын
So it actually works?
@hectorr4445 жыл бұрын
@@mynamewalter5082 yes bro, You have to do this routine even 6 times a week and do it quickly, and within 4 weeks you will see results in your dribbling
@mynamewalter50825 жыл бұрын
Old Horse what changes have you seen exactly tho? Like you’re better at crossovers in game, more secure with the dribble or like you’ve been able to brake ankles?
@hectorr4445 жыл бұрын
@@mynamewalter5082 bro, in my opinion it has been about 1 month practicing this dribbling routine. And then I have more speed when doing my crossovers etc. obviously you have to learn other movements, because the ones that appear in this video are the basic ones and they are only to be able to make the movements fast.
@hectorr4445 жыл бұрын
@@mynamewalter5082 And if you want to be even better in crossovers, you have to learn varieties of crossovers. and as I said before, if you do this routine quickly 5 times a week, for 4 weeks, you will see great change in your movements and you will have more safety when handling the ball.
