thanks to doing this drill every day I went from the kid nobody passed to to the kid people picked first. thanks a ton! and for those who can't do it, don't worry. if you lose the ball a lot at first just keep picking it up and going until you finish it, then do it again the next day. in one month I was able to start doing the whole drill with very few mistakes

Thanks so much tony! GUYS DO THIS DRILL EVERYDAY! I am a 7th grader, I play traveling basketball. The first day I did this it was hard, but I have improved greatly on my ball handling over the last two months. I know it may seem tough for some but trust me, This drill will make u a much better basketball player. I would recommend throwing in 5-10 min of chair dribbling or shooting. Never give up, keep hustlin'!

Good thing that I was by alone trying this for the first time, because I was a hot mess lol..But after trying it 3 times this week, I feel a noticeable difference in my ball handling. Great work..I do this drill and the Mikans. The only thing annoying about the other drills is that you are left handed. But for me these are the best drills on the net. You get straight to the point and these are moves that are actually used in the game. Thanks bro!

Old Horse what changes have you seen exactly tho? Like you’re better at crossovers in game, more secure with the dribble or like you’ve been able to brake ankles?
@hectorr444
@hectorr444 5 жыл бұрын
@@mynamewalter5082 bro, in my opinion it has been about 1 month practicing this dribbling routine. And then I have more speed when doing my crossovers etc. obviously you have to learn other movements, because the ones that appear in this video are the basic ones and they are only to be able to make the movements fast.
@hectorr444
@hectorr444 5 жыл бұрын
@@mynamewalter5082 And if you want to be even better in crossovers, you have to learn varieties of crossovers. and as I said before, if you do this routine quickly 5 times a week, for 4 weeks, you will see great change in your movements and you will have more safety when handling the ball.
