How can I take a punch by only on arm. In kong fu we use two . it ia a hard one coming. Maybe better to use both also hide chin in ur chest and use top rotation legs and get down a bit and use a Jab before he throws it but if ... Let him come then avoid and come back at him but u must avoid the punch
