- Work on your body language. - Stand tall with your shoulders back and your chin up - Make eye contact with people when speaking to them - keep an open posture by not crossing your arms of legs - use hand gestures to emphasize your points, but don’t overdo it. - Learn how to speak and articulate your points. - Speak in a clear and confident voice - Avoid using filler words such as “um” and “ah”, it bores a lot of people - Use pauses to emphasize your points and give people time to process what you’re saying - Use storytelling to engage people and make your points more memorable - Before you speak , learn how to make people heard. - Pay attention to the person you are taking to, instead of thinking what to say next - Show empathy by acknowledging the persons feelings and perspectives - Ask open ended questions to encourage the person to ask more - Summarise what the person has said to show the person you are listening, you care and to clarify any misunderstandings - People love talking about themselves - Show confidence in your actions. - Believe in yourself and your abilities, take calculated risks and be open to new experiences. - Don’t be afraid to speak up and share your opinions, and learn to say no when you need to, stand up for yourself when necessary. - Be authentic and genuine. - Be true to yourself and your values. - Admit your mistakes and weaknesses, and be willing to learn from them. - don’t try to impress people by pretending to be someone you’re not. - Show vulnerability by sharing your struggles and asking for help when needed. - Have a positive attitude and enjoy the process. - Focus on the good in people and situations, instead of the bad. - Use positive language and avoid negative self-talk. - Smile and laugh often, and make others feel good about themselves. - Practice gratitude by appreciating the good things in your life. - Practice empathy and kindness. - Put yourself in other people shoes, and try to understand their perspective on things. - Show compassion and understanding to others even if you disagree with them. - go out of your way to help people in need, and show generosity whenever you can. - practice random acts of kindness.

Charisma is extremely linked to self-confidence. I think that the most important thing to develop self-confidence is to accept yourself as you are (this does not mean that you do not want to grow), to love yourself and to accept the fact that you are only passing through the world and that therefore, the opinion of others does not matter.

00:00 🦋 Charisma is a learnable skill that combines confidence, charm, humor, social skills, and emotional intelligence. 01:36 🚶♂ Work on your body language to appear confident and approachable: stand tall, make eye contact, and maintain an open posture. 03:14 🗣 Speaking and articulating thoughts clearly is crucial for personal, cognitive, and professional development. 05:29 🎧 Before speaking, ensure people feel heard by actively listening, showing empathy, and asking thoughtful questions. 06:39 💼 Show confidence in your actions by believing in yourself, taking risks, and standing up for your opinions. 08:17 🌟 Authenticity and genuineness are key; be true to yourself, admit mistakes, and show vulnerability. 09:01 😊 Maintain a positive attitude, see challenges as opportunities for growth, and radiate positivity to inspire others. 10:10 🤝 Practice empathy and kindness by understanding others' perspectives, showing compassion, and helping those in need.

Charisma takes many forms, but I appreciate people who have a good sense of humor. When I see this, I know this person is emotionally intelligent. Laughter can heal the deepest pains. When you master this skill, you will influence many.

Most important trait to me is tactful honesty. A person who shows kindness and sincerity when addressing other can get through barriers and make them accept when they are wrong without feeling stupid or undeserving of connection. I don’t always succeed at this, especially when I’m fatigued, but I try my best to be empathetic as a rule.
@ilamalihilustan22 Жыл бұрын
Could you give an example for our understanding?
@NixLee23 Жыл бұрын
@@ilamalihilustan22 let’s say a coworker asks you for your opinion about something they did and you thought it sucked. You can say “that was not the best work I’ve seen you do. The detailed notes you had in your last project was very helpful so if you can make notes like that and include dates, I think it would help with tracking things a lot better.” Give constructive feedback whenever possible, and be kind instead of a rude/ know it all answer.
@bevconklin5172 Жыл бұрын
I understand that. Sometimes you don’t need to feel it at the time, just say, “I’m sorry” and pause. Just be sorry for the situation, (especially when YOU are part of the situation if you are engaged.) Those two words will change everything Immediately!
@Mybrothafromanothamotha Жыл бұрын
Charisma isn't easy or natural. It can be downright draining at times. The key to positivity is the mindset that every day is a new day to be great. Not every day is going to have trials and tribulations, and those that do, you can take more time for yourself to meditate and come to piece with it. I jave sat in my car put on a 10-minute meditation and even cried it out and find the mindfulness to know that everyone has struggles, or maybe im thinking too much into things but taking a break can be the very reset you need, just like restarting your phone or computer. More importantly and rewarding, know its contagious and has a natural feedback loop to improve your surroundings through quantum particle theory. When you stop paying attention to all the bad, it ceases to exist.

Here are two super human hacks that will instantly endow you with charisma. First, give the person you are with intense focus and attention. Act as if there are only you and them in the room. Second, and perhaps most important, dress as if you are the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. Looking well dressed (Corporate Dress code, and not casual) will make it seem like you have James Bond level charisma.

For me, of the generally agreed upon "Big 5" personality traits (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism) I find that openness to new ideas drives the other characteristics. I find that I can work my way through my own introversion and low agreeableness by reminding myself several times a day that I might be wrong about something and that I need to listen up and let some new ideas and points of view sink in. I have to work at it but it's real important.

In my opinion, the most important personality trait a person can have is self awareness. Why? Because a self aware person understands themself and knows how they want to be thought of by the world, so they seek to treat others in the exact manner thay they'll like to be treated. And in times of conflict, a self aware person will always revert back to their true self and respond to the situation based on their values and character.
