I'm even more convinced now that you can fly. You just glide through the air.. So very impressive!

That's great! Keep up the hard work :) I'm 24. Martial arts for nealy 9 years and tricking just over 4 years. Yes there is, your body needs to rest and recover at points and if you keep working through instead, you increase your risks of getting injured. I literally have no diet, I eat anything but am educating myself more on this subject lately :) Very rarely now as I do a lot of plyometrics when I trick so I get a workout from that. I appreciate you saying that. Thank you and good luck :)

No problem. I started when i was 15. I trained every other day and practiced everything all round. I focused a lot on my weaknesses and made them my strengths. I was really bad at static stretching but had a knack for dynamic moves. Must be the twitch fibers. I'm sure he will do great if he works hard. Good luck with his training :)

Whatever you take a liking into and feel comfortable trying. The only thing i would make sure is that you can do the basic version before you build up into the advanced versions. ie, you can do a spinning hook kick to a good standard before attempting the jump spinning hook kick. As for height, i recently posted up a leg control drill and i have stretching tutorials that will also help. I believe it's called a Hwoarang Triple or a triple side kick. Good luck :)
@GingerNinjaTrickster11 жыл бұрын
It's totally not a stupid question. A lot of people normally lose height when they wear trainers. You just have to get used to the timing and wearing them. Good luck :)
