But she’s sitting on her turnout muscles in most of these exercises. The activation of turnout comes from within the glutes. All of these exercises are isolating the legs and feet.

Even while standing she doesn’t activate her actual hips and butt. And she’s shifting quite a bit her tendus.

can you do a video on increasing flexibility, turnout, and feet flexibility as an adult? is it possible? Does this become impossible after you stop growing or is that a myth?

nothing's impossible in ballet. its just a lot harder.

Interesting but, when you do the next video could you invest in a radio-microphone as the reverberant nature of the studio interferes with your dialogue.
