How to increase AUX volume on BMW Professional Radio

When I plug in the aux I hear nothing at all but both speakers work just fine. Do you know what might be the problem?

Hi, if your radio show AUX and volume is up and there is no sound, you can check if your device which send signal to AUX (phone or what you are using) is send correct signal, check with other one, if is not working also after that I suggest to check hardware connection (check wires between AUX connector and Radio). If also after that is not working maybe there is a problem inside Radio. 🙂

Hi I have a big airbag light on my car... I replaced the Airbag for my steering wheel... I replaced seat buckle belt tensioner... I DO NOT want to replace my side curtain airbag.... Don't want to spend the money... my question is can I code out the Airbag warning light on my dashboard... Please let me know

Hi, there is no possibility to hide that light, but there is a possibility to disable the curtain airbag from ABG module, but please take care because airbag is an safety system and you don't know when you need it. You will found curtain for drives as CURTAIN_FAHRER in MRS(ABG) module.

When I use my aux, one side of the car is working perfectly fine but the other side doesn’t work as good but when I use radio all speakers are fine.

Hy, maybe you have some issue with wire until AUX connector or between AUX and radio since there is a stereo signal maybe only one part is working fine.

Hi, this look like a wire bad connection, there are 3 wires for connection (beyond AUX connector) 2 of them are Left / Right and the other one is common. I'm suspecting that one of this wires (L/R) has a bad connection

Hi, Is a little hard to explain in words, you can download user manual from here : www.bimmerfest.com/threads/e90-e91-lci-owners-manuals.402282/ version with I-Drive, and at page 167 "AUX-IN port" chapter is explained how to do it. Also I do not know if is working on non LCI variants. :)

I didn't see this problem until now, I do not know if there is really a problem with your cd player or if there are some dedicated settings for this modes, for CDs there is no reason to have different volume than Radio. Unfortunately I do not have an explanation for that ☹️

Hi, I do not see a reason to remain stuck, is not working in up and not in down? Maybe is an issue with your radio SW, you can try to reset it by disconnect the battery and reconnect it back after 10-15 minutes

Hi, maybe you have a wire connection issue. If radio is show AUX and the audio source is connected maybe you can check the wired between AUX connector and radio.
