I had right occipital lobe stroke that legally blinded me I’ve been told no rehabilitation for occipital lobe this is horrible life now

The study you are referencing has quite a few issues, such as smokers and non-smokers were all included and there were many more smokers in the ones you are referring to. There has been quite a few analysis on the study saying it was very poorly run.

Hi - Thank you so much. You are a real sweetie. 🪷 I’m 78 and have generalized anxiety, so I find it very hard to meditate and, believe me, I have tried. Someone told me that I needed to move to meditate. I think that may be so. Now you say there are 300 ways to meditate - tell me, please. I uploaded the app, so I’ll check it out.
