Liam what should you do if when meditating with Metta positive thoughts but then have negative hurtful thoughts to release them with 4Rs do you imagine the image of the negative thought being destroyed? Or just try to ignore the negative thought and keep focusing on the Metta thoughts?

Mettā can definitely feel tricky at first, but you’re not alone in this. The key is to relax any effort or striving-don’t worry about finding the ‘perfect’ feeling or memory. Even a small spark of warmth or kindness is enough to build on. What’s most important is gently generating the feeling, relaxing tension, and returning to it with a light heart. Let us know if you have any other questions or feedback.

It seems there may be a little bit of confusion here. When neurons die, it is generally referred to as "cell death" or "neuronal death," and it's not usually referred to as an "addiction."

Im hoping this helps my intrusive thoughts couple years ago I did a VR experience that I think triggered a fear response in my brain. Now sometimes I feel fear or ptsd negative thoughts but I think this meditation course is helping me realize that there is nothing to be afraid of and they are just thoughts and are not real. God has blessed you with amazing knowledge that will help others like me. Im looking forward to healing my brain thanks to you🙏

Thank you for this course Liam🙏🏻 The first 30 days I attended approx 30% This second round I managed approx 65% So as of dec 1 I’m going for round 3! I have come to the point that relishing after releasing physical tension is no longer doing it for me. But I am very grateful for accomplishing a warm and fuzzy feeling after releasing physical tension. Today it kicked in that my physical body is a safe place to “be” (bc of less physical tension) I wonder what the next step will be… So , round 3, I’m ready for you💪🏼 🧠 ❤ 😊✨💫

The team is so happy to hear this! Massive congratulations on running the course 3 times! Could you explain a bit more what you mean with releasing physical tension not doing it for you any more. Perhaps we can help. That is excellent you have accomplished the warm feeling! No matter what happens, there are no bad sits. Please let us know any more feedback or how the course went. We are so proud of it. Much mettā to you and the rest of the community.

FitMind is very helpful to me, I have also installed the FitMind App on my smartphone. And here, may I suggest an improvement ? The app starts asking a lot of questions, discrete and less discrete. Which seems legitime in view of the context. But where is this data stored? Is it stored encrypted ? I would appreciate some statement to this, and I believe it would be a good thing to add it in the start sequence of the app when feeding the app with personal data after installation. But this is a detail ! Most of all, thanks a lot for this shared wisdom and knowledge !
