you're welcome to my channel in today's video I'm going to share with you some secret that will enable you to make more profit in your bakery I tell you the truth that the secret I'm going to share with you in this video will certainly increase profitability in your business you are going to make more profit if you follow these guidelines now one of the things that destroyed profit in bakery business is teft, that means your workers may be stealing your bread and you don't know so you must take a quick record from the from the panning when Once the dough is scaled and paned, count it and take records unless it let it trusted you know you need to have somebody that is trusted to take record from the parent stage and then after they Panic the next stage is when Once the break comes from the oven getting to you know before packaging or after packaging there should be another record taken so that there will be comparison between the time of molding or panel and when the bread is packaged that way we will know that whether is he it is the the sales girl that is stealing it all the baker or those that are packaging these three stages so you must take record these three stages the salesperson will be taking record of what he or she is selling the baker will be taking record of what is coming out of the oven and then those that are packaging should also have the record that way you know that it will be easy to trace but if these people love already gang up you know to waste your business to destroy your business then that formula will not work because they will come together and formulate all kind of reports for you so that is one danger in bread business and so you you need to be there or you you know you fix some secret cameras to help you sometimes you'll get man or the person you just employ casually would be the one to help you because that person may not be an Insider so those people that are inside us may not tell him what or how what is going on make use of that kind of person and let the person be there once in a while to observe what is there and secretly take record that note of what is going on if you are not always in the bakery to do it for yourself by yourself now let's look at some of the secrets some of the things that we know boost or increase profit in your business now the number one secret is carefully formulate your recipe so your recipe is one of the deep Secret in in your business I tell you the truth now let's think closely your recipe the cost of your recipe can either increase profit or reduce profit what is the cost of a recipe are
