She's as wholesome as her products. As Intermidiate schoolers, 5 of us would sometimes walk the 4 miles to school @4 am...stop @ a Bakery and the Japanese ladies would ask why we up so early and we told them because the street smelled real good when we reached there! 2hrs. before opening they sold us what we liked fresh and hot! That was in 1969, I'm 66yrs old now and I wonder how many guys watching this Baker will just fall in love with her like I just did? Just like the Bakery we stopped at as kids, she is a Baker with wings!!!Much happiness to her!!!

At my cousin's bakery, they make their breads in the evening around 9.00pm then, bake all of the bread at 3.00 am. They will sell all of it start at 5.00 am because all the people wake up at 5.00 am to buy breads at the bakery... then the process repeats all over again.

@Saritiel
@Saritiel Жыл бұрын
@@fatmilf1498 Its really not that bad. I worked in a restaurant for 6 years where we baked all our own bread fresh each day, I did a lot of bread baking. Honestly one of the easiest jobs in the restaurant. Like. Its a lot of work, sure. But so is everything else. But its so stress free and easy compared to a lot of the other positions. I loved it because I'd come in and have like 4 hours before anyone else showed up and because so long as I never screwed up they didn't mind if I just kept my earbuds in and listened to audiobooks and podcasts the whole time because its very straightforward. The downside was it didn't pay much. Oh, and flour got EVERYWHERE.
@eveei

@@Saritiel This reminds/kinda relates to me of prepping any food, you often find yourself working really hard early in the morning but independently; which is definitely a benefit to some people. For me being able to go in early in the morning and just finish what I need to do is a huge plus to working prep and I quite enjoy it. But I'm no baker. I suppose it'd depend on the type of person.

When I was posted in Japan in the military, there was a grocery store not too far from the entrance of the base that had their own in-house bakery. My favorite thing to get from there was always a mini-baguette type bread roll with a single strip of bacon baked into the top, with bits of the bread pulled over the bacon to hold it in place. I remember they always had fresh, delicious bread there, and it's one of the things I miss about Japan (a lot of the things I miss are the food, haha!)

In mother tounge there is one saying" from farevery hill looks so beautiful and neat but when we go near and near we realise that it was not so neat( covered with bushes, trees,thorns etc)", what I mean to say is they are also having so many issues but unlike us they won't reveal each and everything.

Wow, that’s a study in dedication, excellent work place discipline, and quality ingredients! Although I’m in awe of her doing so much singlehanded - aided by those amazing machines- I wonder if it might be a more enriching- if harder - experience to have more people involved in their manufacture? And yes, l would love a go- l used to regularly be up in the early hours as a lorry driver and farm worker. Though maybe not quick enough to learn the two handed bun making! Thanks for the opportunity to see this.🙏

It was wonderful to see the making of bread from scratch. How she was very talented in her worked and disciplined in each steps. Working nonstop in 5 hours and then God knows how many more hours later on. God bless her and her family .
