@Michael-qy1jz4 күн бұрын
@user-kq1mr5so9v I've used a dozen different brands, it doesn't matter. The important thing was that it's Glycinate as the type since there are many types. I tried them all and that works great. Citrate messes with my stomach but works. Threonate gave me rediculous intense dreams and no deep sleep. Glycinate from any label is probably from the same manufacturer. I take 400/ 450mg with is usually 3 pills. I've never tried more for safety. Like I said, I think the mechanism is the deeper sleep and muscle relaxation and I feel better all day. It's the only thing I've ever taken as vitamins/protein/herbs that has ever worked and I've tried all kinds of stuff over my 6 decade lifetime. The biggest thing you can do above that is only eat real non processed natural food> Meats/eggs & veggies/fruit only. Just that alone is a game changer after a few weeks. You can't out exercise a bad diet and all the protein shakes in the world don't do squat for you in my opinion. Eat natural food

I hate to break this to men of today but testosterone has less to do with erections and libido (that is just what influencers try to sell on KZbin because it’s sexy), and more about your overall drive to be a productive man (in all areas of life). If you are the type of man who can do a full day of quality work at your job, then come home and be their for your family, help prepare dinner, help with homework, then still find the energy to mow the lawn and wash the car on the weekends…well, I doubt you have any problems with testosterone. Men are supposed to be productive. Not sit on a couch watching football or doom scrolling on phones.

This idea young people have been brainwashed into is you must be on TRT to be in good shape as an older man. Have any of these "kids" watched old movies? Take a look at Charles Bronson. A good example is a movie called Chato's Land. That movie was made in 1972. Bronson was already 50 years old. The character he plays is a man who is part Apache. Later on in the movie he is in a loincloth. He is shredded. Just lean & ripped. At 50 years old. Bronson is the epitome of masculinity. I am pretty sure he never took TRT. @nbleagle95613 күн бұрын
I’m thinking ancient man did not get 8hrs of solid sleep on a regular basis. The concept of having this luxury is more modern, for a select number of people. Ancestrally, ancient man probably had to either get up regularly to tend to a fire because of the cold weather, once they discovered fire, or they were up all night in discomfort because of hot humid weather ie no air conditioning/ climate control. Can’t live in a structure for protection from inclement weather or attacks from wild animals without climate control in warm weather. Maybe cave structures, but point is just the weather conditions alone, surviving without modern means of climate control, would have made regular 8hrs of sleep without interruption starting and stopping the same time each night not probable. Then there is dealing with wild animals, insects, snakes etc at night, protecting their food from predators etc, tending to their offspring, dealing with intruders, a lot of inconveniences that would have existed, to have them wake regularly and not sleep like what is deemed ideal today. And in actuality, most wild animals sleep one eye open so to speak. So the point I’m thinking and my experience, ideal sleep for ideal health for me, is reaching a internal physiological recovery threshold daily that doesn’t necessarily go off time, but off an internal level achieved, however that is accomplished. I’ve never in over 50 years had back to back 8 hrs of sleep that I can remember, maybe as a kid, definitely not as an adult. My metabolic health has been and is good. But I know great sleep is vital. My theory is it’s achieved by filling up and meeting the internal level in stages, possibly though out a 24hr period, but mainly accomplished by replenishing what the body is demanding, however inconsistently it can get it. 8hrs back to back in a controlled bubble atmosphere regularly may be better, but is it realistic for most and is it necessary. I’m thinking ancient man didn’t have to worry about getting up and starting their day at any regular particular time ie go to their job, so if they were up a few times during the night protecting their situation, they just made up the sleep during the day under better conditions, and this was ancestral sleeping. And I’m guessing the hormones come in line, as that persons sleep gets caught up to the physiologically levels needed for them at that time. If a person can get 8hrs on a regular schedule uninterrupted, that’s awesome and just fills their recovery tanks up, but if a person can’t work that in, I still think adequate recovery for good health can be achieved methodically listening to a persons body and sleeping as often as they can topping off though out the day, just not allowing sleep deprivation to overlap day after day is the main issue, IMO.

I got an extra hundred, to get into the mid 300s, by taking magnesium glycinate before bed/ 400mg. Cheap and easy. Test is more genetics after younhqve eliminate sugars/refined food and etc.

Hello, I have a question for you. I've been following the Carnivore/Keto diet for a while, and sometimes I have cheat days, though I try to avoid them. I've noticed that when I consume sugar, for example honey, I experience big crashes afterward. It's a strange feeling; I become irritable, and my thinking becomes unclear. It might sound odd, but I also get quite angry. Do you have any advice on this from your experience? But these crashes come only from sugar, and I just want to ask if maybe I'm mistaken. Perhaps my body just needs to get used to it. Currently, I'm following the OMAD diet, and I'm thinking of trying your diet, but I'm curious about this question. I hope to get an answer from you.

This video’s solid, but The Hidden Herbs by Anette Ray will take your understanding to the next level. Trust me on this.

I worry about this with having only one testicle because one was removed thanks to cancer. I don't feel any difference than when I had two. But what about when I get older? I'm only in my early 40s.

A keto diet has been shown to boost testosterone. You need cholesterol to boost T levels, not carbs.
