Absolutely fascinating topic. That a lot of this was so well documented is great as these are unintentional studies one could never perform nowadays ethically. This really explained to me the subject of epigenetics that I had not heard before. Looking for to the continuation.

A question not related to this episode…in the past I asked, if I could use allulose instead of erythitrol because of stomach problems.WELL last night I made the psmf bread with the powder egg whites, and allulose recipe called for 1/4 of a cup of allulose, I was awaken in the middle of the night with stomach cramps and bloated stomach I imagine trap gas? Same as when I had a dessert with erythitrol, Could it be the allulose? Or the egg white powder? AND, how do I get relief? thanks

I am not sure whose recipe you are using, but DO NOT use sweetener in non-sweet breads. This makes us no better than commercial SAD foods that put sugar in everything! rant over! It is the allulose I believe. If you have watched any of my cooking videos, you will hear that I cannot use either erythritol or allulose. Erythritol gives me extreme headaches and allulose gives me extreme GI issues. You are lucky if you just had cramps - my GI issues were way more severe. I can only use xylitol and stevia - the same with Dr Karl. I am extremely careful around my pets using xylitol which is why I try to use liquid stevia mostly
