As someone who has been interested in the old bodybuilders of the 40's like Steve reeves, Clarence ross, and john gimmick, this video seems very beneficial. My goal is to have the physique of a Greek god, and to also have the strength of one like Olympic Weight lifters. I think I might do a 2 month rotation between bodybuilding and Olympic Weight lifting to achieve my goals. I have found that I REALLY like clean and jerks as they are just a fun movement to perform.

Love your videos! In your "Do This To Power Clean 225 Pounds" video you mention the clean should be 80% of your back squat. In this video you suggest it should be 80-85% of your front squat. Can you shed some light on this discrepancy? Cheers from Canada
