The fact that these are tunable is darned cool. Exactly nobody does this, and it's very lightweight compared to a full RIMS setup.

I put these on a vintage Ludwig floor tom that came with those awful old spring-loaded leg mount brackets and they're great. I recomend getting these with the key-screws so that you can fit the drum into standard cases as the wingnuts stick it out quite far.

Does the BR2 work on both Ludwig large and small classic lugs ?

I think you are thinking of the BR3 (and yes, the BR3 can go in place of both Ludwig lug hole spacings). The BR2 goes in place of brackets (not in place of lugs).

Do you sell a bag of key screws and nuts if I want to eliminate the wing nuts? If not can you recommend the nut thread size and key screw manufacturer? gibraltar etc.

And you can remove a lug and put BR2 there as well right?

Not exactly. You are thinking of our BR3 bracket. The BR3 replaces a lug and can accept a tension rod but the BR2 and BR2XL can not.
