How to input data from HTML to Google Sheets

In case I didnt make it clear enough in the video, if you wanted to add other details such as country or a true or false input. You would simply add them in the google scripts code i.e [data.name, data.email, data.country, data.agree]. If i sounded off during the video its because I have a cold
