Here is a good note. You can not insert a picture into an assembly.You have to insert the picture into a new part file then insert the part file with the pic into the assembly.

Thanks again. It was simple to learn how to add to photos. The only thing is the scale of the image. Like the house needs some reference until you add photos. Your example is dimension because it is a drawing that you added. Ordinary house photo, no dimension until you measure some details and adjust sketch and photo the same scale. Thanks Sir :)

Oh yes, I wonder those scale things while I looked at that. When you adjust the rear sketch on the right dimension. The distance was 913mm. Even phots are given 4855? Is much better to adjust the same or near the same. Depending on are you making a model or some extra parts on the car, all coming right dimension. Like a pickup car and you are making a solid box cargo place. Please put all right scale

Hi there. Suppose we have pictures from the front, top and side of an object. (Let's say a pic of my arm). My question is: once we have the pics from an open arm, how can I bend this arm in solidworks? I mean, the image is in condition 1. not to scale, images are not positioned accurately. to create a correct model, you would need to start over and start off with the correct scale on the first image, position it accurately, then that will create the proper foundation for the rest of the views. otherwise you are just wasting your time.

If by "calibrate" you mean he didn't position them perfectly then yes, Agreed: It was very unprofessional. The images should be lined up perfectly before modelling, especially in solidworks which is a pro app. Using the "below the bmw logo" method is stupid.
