I have the same tractor. Here is a tip, use your hands to rotate the wheels where you want them to go. So much easier than arguing with the mower. Good video.

Would love to see how the 3 point hitch is connected. We just bought ours and removed the backhoe to mow and we're stumped on raising lowering.

Great video!! Very informative with good detail! I’m looking at a kubota. Would like to get the B2650. This helps show me what it takes to remove the mower deck.

Thinking of purchasing the 3200 and I’m sure the deck is similar. I saw a video with two people putting one on the 3200 but who has two grown men every time and you are ready to mow? Thanks for showing it can be done by one person with ease.

I’ve never taken the front hanger bar off mine. Not sure why you would.

where do you attach the parts to the tractor that hold the mower to the tractor. no one shows that. the instructions are treeible

I am not 100% sure. My tractor came with all my upgrades installed fully assembled ready to work, from brand new. Did you buy the tractor and the mowing deck package at different times? Or 1 used with 1 new? Or did your tractor come with a mower deck?

@@AcetuningTVPerformance i bought it at auction and the dealers are far from me. you have answered me the dealer usually installs the mounting hardware

I'm surprised the belly mower fits with the larger diameter tires. When I bought my B3350HSDC I was told the belly mower wouldn't fit with those size tires. Maybe it's because you have the turf tires and I have the R4s. I can see in your video that the deck does come close to the rear tires when you pull it up. I don't think I'd have the clearance to remove mine with the front loader alone since I have the smaller diameter tires. I wish I could use my front bucket and backhoe outriggers to lift mine to remove the mow deck but the 3 point hitch (which lifts the deck) has to be removed to install the backhoe so if I want to remove the deck with the backhoe on it, I can't. I have to first remove the backhoe and install the three point hitch to then lower the deck and remove it. It's really a pain when you transport the entire tractor and all of it's attachments. Thanks for the video. The 72" belly mower is almost a unicorn when it comes to commonality. I just picked up some Oregon gator blades (396-814) for mine to see if it discharges better next season and doesn't load up so bad when the grass is thick and wet.
@AcetuningTVPerformance5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Turf tires, I think are 1 inch less in diameter. Kubota did a good thing by creating a 72" deck that can be used under a 26hp machine unlike the other big dogs. What are your thoughts on that 33hp motor? I debated between the 2 motor options for while before I pulled the trigger. I got no regrets so far
@xplmr15 жыл бұрын
@@AcetuningTVPerformance I decided to go with the 33hp engine because I got the HSDC (closed station cab) that adds significant weight along with the backhoe. The entire tractor with the belly mower weighs over 6000lbs. I also have had a 3 cylinder 23hp Kubota BX diesel and the 3 cylinders are definitely not as smooth and balanced as this 33hp 4 cylinder turbo diesel. The diesel particulate filter (which scares everyone away) is familiar to me since I've been dealing with them since 2007 with my trucks and have had no issues. Mine has regenerated 3 times now in two mowing seasons and 124 hours. No big deal. I love this tractor. It's a perfect size for my 7 acre farmhouse.
@Brandon68plus13 жыл бұрын
John Deere has figured it out with their belly mower deck you just drive up on it and flip a few levers. I'm debating whether or not I want a Kubota LX with belly mower seems like a pain in the ass to remove it.
@AcetuningTVPerformance3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. Oh for sure. JD machines have some cool features. About the Kubota deck, yes it was a bit difficult for me the first 5 or so times connecting and removing this 542lb. 72inch. Implement. I spend about 7 minutes removing these days. Front loader helps speed things up. Now after getting a rhythm, its simple and easy but never comparable to the JD ride over decks. They are Next-Level. Check out my lawn cutting video.

This is actually a drive over deck. I have the same tractor and mower. I use a couple of wood blocks to stabilize the deck and install/remove the mower in the grass. Drive right over it. Takes 3 minutes.
@peppylapeeeU2 жыл бұрын
@@jacobrumsey7593 lol I was wondering why nobody else figured that out. 2 45° blocks and up and over. I can reach all grease fittings on mine though and only take it off to clean the underside at the end of summer. Casters or not that deck is a beast and a pulled back just waiting to happen.

Thanks for the video. Going to consider a B2650 with 60" mower. Looks easier than hooking up my BX with 54".😁

@AcetuningTVPerformance5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. When the deck is off the machine, the shoot stays up on it's own. I use heavy duty black rubber straps when it's on the tractor being used or else with the vibrations it just drops.

Difficult. I suggest laying down 4 sheets of PT plywood, parking the tractor on top of the plywood. Then use a 5th sheet for your bucket to protect your terrain

This process seems like a pain in the ass im going to stick with using it for tractor work and use my zero turn 50 inch deck just as fast maybe even faster

The first 2 times were a pain indeed but now I can remove the deck in under 10mins. And less time to mount it back on. I'd love a zero turn as well. They're so fast

I meant compared to the 20 plus inches comparing the 50 to the 70. All in all the kabota would make a great tractor for me with all terrain tired some of my area gets very flooded. good vid tho cheers

I think you'd be better off with a 3 point finish mower
@jamesc61374 жыл бұрын
That seems like a pain in the a. What if the weight box hydro gives and crushes you. I honestly thought JD and kubota had these things that you could just drive over and quick attach. That process is way tedious as far as I’m concerned. Thx for showing real world scenarios
@AcetuningTVPerformance4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your concern but I have 1/2 pins into the 3 point hitch arms so they cant come down when I'm under the tractor connecting the shaft. Drive over quick connect would have been awesome but I think the tractor is to heavy for that deck compared to a BX or 1025R

If you don't have the loader, than you can use a 3 ton automobile jack. 60 inch and smaller mower decks have the drive over with quick connection.

This deck and the 60” are terrible designs, I have a B3350 with a 60” deck. The most troublesome part for me is the PTO shaft to the transmission, I can’t seem to get it to line up every time.
@AcetuningTVPerformance3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! Agreed. I select the rear pto shaft only allowing the belly pto shaft to spin by hand like its in the neutral position. When I attach rear pto implements, I select the belly pto only which allows me to spin the rear pto by hand. Hope this helps!
