HOW TO INSTALL A 3/4" DRAIN WITH SCREEN ON SEADOO FISH PRO TROPHY COOLER

I added a 3/4" drain to my cooler to help control the water level in my cooler. The pump that feeds the live well it to much for a 3/8" drain so the water even over flows the cooler.
Parts used: 3/4" x 4" pvc nipple, 3/4" x 12" pvc nipple, 3/4" 90 degree elbow, threaded x socket, 2 - 3/4" o-rings

That was a great idea, going to do that to mine, never liked the Livewell completely full especially coming in.

Why didn't you go up higher on the drain hole to allow more water in the cooler. I'm not talking bs wondering because what you came up with is awesome. Where did you buy the strainer, and do you have a link for it? I'm gonna do the same as you did. Looks great. How do you like the extra cooler? I just ordered mine today Rodneu

It's all good buddy, I kept mine some what low because I use either finger mullet or shrimp. To me it's plenty of water so depending on what bait you use will be determine where you wanna put yours. It only took me 1 hour to do. The strainer I bought at Academy. There called live well strainer. www.academy.com/p/marine-raider-stainless-steel-mesh-strainer We love the extra storage but check out my other video because mine didn't come predrilled. It has plenty of room.
