We finally got the new live well double latch exstension add on after 5 months. The regular latch was available but don't fit the new cooler simply because the new cooler has a double latch. THE SAD PART BEFORE ORDERING IT THE EXSTENSION DOES NOT STATE ANYWHERE IN THE DETAILS . THAT THE BOTTOM HINGES ARE NOT PRE DRILLED. IT WAS PRETTY EASSYYYY TO FIGURE OUT. We we're done within 30 minutes.

thought it’d be an actual extension of the cooler, didn’t know it had a bottom in it. woulda been nice for larger fish, they coulda put a hanging basket or something in it for gear storage still.

I agree but yes it does have a bottom. I carry a 20x60 cayon fish bag for my fish. I do like the extra storage for more gear. I also ordered a super rack for fuel and a small cooler

I agree it did make the cooler heavier. Then with the water in the cooler it don't help either. Did yours come with holes

no its fully closed, i gave it to dealership to install it and its fine, my only issue is the cooler became heavy on the linkq barcet and wabble abit.@@TexMexOutdoors

Nahhh brotha it's actually not that heavy. I have 2 rolls of trolling lures, and a few other things in there. I love the extra space

Well now I definitely won’t be buying it seeing I need to drill my own holes and it doesn’t come pre drilled. I know it’s easy enough but that’s just sea doo being lazy and charging too much for an extension to the cooler.
