Could you also use Frixion markers or pens that go away when heat is applied or garment construction markers that go away if water is applied?🤔. Thank you for these demos. 🥺Nailpolish remover might help to remove permanent markings without damaging the metal, but I'm not sure. Anyway, 👍😎

What brand of flute is that? It looks like a Gemeinhardt from way back when they made a model to resemble a Haynes commercial model. How much pad protrusion does that flute have when padded properly?

Yes it's a nickel plated Gemeinhardt! Great question! Pad protrusion depends on the model and vintage. With this model the pad cups are a little deeper so we're using a 2.9 thickness pad with a shim to get the right protrusion.
