I don’t have any experience with an aftermarket clutch so I can’t give advice on that. I broke my back racing and haven’t ridden in a year but u have a 2019 & 2021 Honda crf250r

Is it 9 inch pounds or foot pounds?

The first one you pulled out is called a seat spring and the second one is called a jutter spring bro

It probably torques in inch pounds and you had a torque wrench that was foot pounds. BIG DIFFERENCE!
