Nice, although I used a pair of garden snips for my cutting . I like how you emphasise which way the seal faces; I was going mad trying to figure out which is in or out. I did mine much the same way as yours, although I watched this after my shat show of an installation. My customer was so sure the in was the out side. But I did check with someone who gave me the right orientation. Small thing: you could have included a little demonstration on using Sika one part sealant or an equivalent to get that nasty crack a fill. after first getting the loose crap out and cleaning etc. Thanks Dan

The problem with this seal is when you wash the garage, there’s no way for the water to go out
