Does gas burners, in your opinion, able to get/keep the oven floor consistently hot even with lack of conductive heat source? Not a knock just a question. Almost seems like if you have gas you need wood capability (space), albeit not as much id guess. Everyone says they want gas but all agree - It’s pretty pricey for a nice to have? Correct me if I’m wrong please. Is it that great? How do you address the conductive heat to the floor. If that’s not a prob then seems to be good to me…
