thanks. had to cut down a exterior door from 80" to 76". got a quote for a custom door for $1400 not including install and waiting time up to 6 weeks. Ended up buying a used door with frame for $80 that was practically new. Now I have extra money for beer to look at the awesome job. 😀

That was interesting, I noticed the jamb ended up pulling more to one side, did you end up with it on your center mark? The finish product looked great. Thanks for sharing.

Ideally, you always want these centered, but it's difficult to get them perfect especially with a retrofit like this because the openings are never perfect, so I just try the best I can and leave it if it's close enough. Thanks for watching.
