hi i bought a Samsung 870 evo ssd to replace my c drive on my 7yr old pc, it had 2 ssd 1 1t, and the current 500gb, the 1t failed, now it seems my 500gb is randomly filling up and lossing space , do you have a video that show how to install the ssd this video and then how to clone? my c drive to the new drive, and then i have to go to boot menu and switch boot to the new drive, im going to but 2 new ssd in so i can then save steam and epic on the bigger ssd with all the programs leaving the ssd with just Windows and downloaded crap, can you direct me correctly please

yeah, thats the reason I started the channel, when I was a kid, there was no internet, like we know it today at least, only really BBS'. I had nothing to learn from, people in my family, knew stuff, but no one had time to teach me, so I taught myself and it was expensive, because I broke a lot, but I would save my lunch money for bigger and newer, and I kept up with it, now those that were too busy, call me for help. I don't want others to go through this, so I try to make everything I had questions on and was interested on right here, almost 400 videos so far. Just about everything you need is here, and if you don't find it, and it makes sense, let me know and I will make it, I have another VERY useful one coming out Monday, its a rehash of an earlier video I made, where a company made me look like a liar by good old bait and switch (on their part, not mine), stay tuned my friend.

Incredibly helpful. I didn't need help with the actual installation. But I was totally stuck...an additional internal drive was showing up in Device Manager, but I could not see or access it, since it needed to be activated. When you install Steam, you can tell it to go to the D (or whatever the drive letter is) and then install games to there too, pretty easy

This video worked great for me. The only other thing I needed was to open command prompt and clean my SSD because the manufacturer already had programmed my SSD with their client (which I don't really want to have to deal with)

Thanks bud, you can clone it, but I don't recommend it, any tiny issue you had on the old OS you will have on the new drive, times 2, then it becomes a little difficult if you are going from MBR to GPT, I explain it in this cloning video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/anPXlYCZptyUfMk I r ecommend a clean install of Windows, here is a video on how to prepare a thumb drive for Windows 11 and how to install: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6rTaYehqKqnpbs If you want to go that route, let me know your motherboard and graphics card manufacturer and model number and I will help you get all the drivers for the new install. Your video helped me to lean how to install a SSD into a new pc I bought. There was not enough original space but with a new 2 TB ssd, makes me have space for my games and play armored core 6. The ssd was the size of a thin, long thumb drive. Was so scared I was going to break it. Just apply it at an angle and tie it down with a screw.

Yeah finally got my drive working thanks. Had an issue where the drive wasn't detected by disk management so I restarted the computer and it detected the new drive finally.
