If the walls rigid then it should work but if the walls move in/out when pressed I would not use this type. Hope this helps!

Hi There, If the suction loses grip, it's often because air is getting under the suction cup. This can happen if it's placed over a grout line, soap residue, or on a surface that's not non-porous. A quick test: try applying the suction cup to a glass window or door. If it sticks, then the issue is likely the bathroom surface. If it comes loose even on the glass, there might be a defect with the unit, like the locking mechanism, which would need further inspection. Not sure the brand you purchased, but if its Saf-er Grip you can send pictures of the product on the surface to better understand the issue. You can also contact them at 800-371-3509 or [e-mail]. Yes! These are a temporary at best solution. Great for a guest that might need some help getting in and out of the shower without marring up your tile with a permanent bar.
