20/40/60 (or 65 depending on where you read).

So basically(?), just separate the transmission bell housing from the engine to access bolts holding OEM flywheel to transmission, remove the bolts, remove the flywheel, and simply install the new flex plate in exactly the reverse order?

That's about it,and put sealer on your bolts,just google what type you need, some crank bolt holes run all the way thru and if you dont put sealer on the bolts you might have a small oil leak and torque your bolts to specs, i know this is a old comment but it might help someone else later.

I have one that has cracked three times now which you think it is

Maybe cheap plates, improper mounting of the trans to the motor, bad torque converter, bent crank shaft, etc.
